AFTERSteam-cleaning that handles what Alaska throws at a carpet — breakup mud, pet accidents, and winters where you can't crack a window to air the place out.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction pulls out ground-in dirt and allergens, then dries in a few hours instead of two days. Stairs ($70) and hallways ($35) too.
An enzyme treatment that breaks down accidents at the source instead of masking them. Our top request from dog and cat owners.
Whole-home cleaning for rental turnovers, deposit-back deadlines, and getting a house ready to list. Property managers keep us on speed dial for a reason.
Couches, sectionals, and chairs cleaned with fabric-safe solutions.
Synthetic rugs cleaned at our shop or your home; delicate wool rugs cleaned carefully on-site.
Water extraction and drying for homes and businesses when a pipe or a storm gets the better of you. Fast response.

Esteban · OwnerIf an area we cleaned doesn't stay fresh for 30 days, call us and we'll re-clean it. No charge, no argument.
It covers the areas we cleaned. It doesn't cover new spills or pet accidents after we leave — but call anyway, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
We'd rather tell you upfront that a stain won't come all the way out than surprise you after you've paid.

We're Esteban and Angel — a two-person, family-run crew. Esteban's been cleaning Alaska carpets for over 20 years, and we've owned Best Deal for the last decade. When you book Best Deal, you get us — not a franchise, not a rotating crew of subcontractors.
We run Prochem truck-mounted machines, so the cleaning happens from our van and your carpet dries in hours — we'll tell you straight what a carpet can and can't come back from before we start, and we stand behind every job with our 30-day promise.
